State Hospice Organizations—Be In The Race

As a state hospice and palliative care organization, you have a role in Run to Remember and you can benefit from it. 

So, what can you do to promote the program and encourage runners to participate?

First, carry a link to the RTR website on your organization website.

Second, contact stuart@runtoremember.org for a customized press release which will carry information about races in your state. Run the release on your site. Print it in your newsletter.

Third, contact Katrina Lucas at NHF and get the Run to Remember national brochure and put it into the hands of as many people as you can.

Fourth, e-mail your corporate supporters with the release Stuart will send you. Ask them to circulate it within their organizations and encourage runners to participate.

Fifth, if you are particularly successful, leave a message on the RTR forum for others to read. And, contact stuart@runtoremember.org to tell him so that he can place it in the RTR blog.
